Who We Serve

The St. Mary - Tileston Outreach center has been operating since 1985.  It is a neighborhood outreach center, where men, women and children are served, generally on a monthly basis, with emergency food packages and clothing.  We also help start-up households, giving beds, couches, kitchen sets, dishes, pots and pans, etc. to those wh need them.  During this year we served an average of 35 people a day.

More than 50 volunteers come each week to serve those who need our help.  Since all items have been given to us, we in turn give our guests whatever we have.  Each week over 20 families make donations of clothing, house-wares and food.

Hours of Operation

We are open from 9:00AM-11:30AM, Monday through Thursday.

Volunteers needed

Our volunteers do clerical work, intake, interviewing and serving, folding clothes and shelving food, and moving furniture.
