| Liturgy & Worship | Our Liturgy and Worship Ministries help nourish our Faith
Community through the Eucharistic celebrations, other liturgical events
and prayer groups. |
|
Music |
St. Mary is blessed with seven separate choirs, each with their own special
voice. |
| Sacramental | Catholic life is centered around the sacraments and becomes a
sacrament of God’s love for the world to see and imitate.
The Pastor and Sacramental Ministers help in the preparation of
receiving these sacraments. |
| Faith Formation | Faith Formation classes are available for students preparing
to receive the Sacraments of Eucharist, Reconciliation and Confirmation.
Classes meet on Sundays. |
| Youth | Our Youth Ministries empower young people to become witnesses
of Christ’s love by living their faith and working for peace and social
justice. Programs engage them
to participate in the life, mission and works of the greater community of
faith. |
| Pastoral Care | Pastoral Care Ministries serve the homebound, sick and dying
and are coordinated under the direction of the Pastor and leader of the
Eucharistic Ministry team. |
| Service | Our Service Ministries strive to
reach out to people, both within the parish and in the larger community, who
may be challenged by injustices or are feeling powerless to change the
circumstances in their lives. |
| Parish | Parish Ministries assist in the daily operating of the parish
offices including a Welcome Center, a Business Center and a Stewardship
Office. These ministers serve
by greeting people, answering the phones, various clerical and computer
tasks. |
| The Poor & Needy | Serving the poor and needy is part of the Saint Mary Parish
culture and conscience. In one way or another many of our ministries serve
the poor and needy. The Medical
Clinics and Social Outreach Ministries are two ministries exclusively
serving the poor. Other
ministries reach out and donate funds or food on a regular basis.
Other ministries will ‘adopt’ a needy person during a holiday
season. |
| Family Life | Building community is the foundation of Saint Mary Parish
Ministries. Whether you are
single, divorced, widowed or married with children, there is a Saint Mary
Parish ministry that will embrace a fellow parishioner. |
